At NARA PRO, we aim to process and dispatch all orders as efficiently as possible.

Dispatch Time

All lash kits and products are dispatched within 4 working days of order confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays will be processed on the next working day.

If there is any delay beyond this timeframe, you will be contacted directly.

Shipping Method & Delivery

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected delivery option. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email where applicable.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays outside of our control.

Shipping applies to physical products only.

Training courses and in-person services do not require shipping and will not incur delivery charges.
