These Terms & Conditions apply to all services provided by NARA PRO, including in-salon lash appointments. They outline our booking, payment, cancellation, non-refund, rescheduling and liability policies to ensure clarity and transparency. LASH APPOINTMENT BOOKING POLICY

1. Booking Platform

All lash appointments are booked via the Booksy app.

A deposit is required at the time of booking and is taken through Booksy.

2. Deposit Policy

Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Deposits secure your appointment time only.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled in accordance with Booksy’s timeframes.

Late cancellations or failure to attend will result in loss of deposit.

Late arrival may result in a shortened appointment or cancellation, with the deposit forfeited.
