These Terms & Conditions apply to all services provided by NARA PRO, including lash kits and products. They outline our booking, payment, cancellation, non-refund, and liability policies to ensure clarity and transparency. By purchasing or booking with NARA PRO, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms & Conditions in full.

TERMS & CONDITIONS – LASH KITS & PRODUCTS


NARA PRO


1. Dispatch

All lash kits and products are dispatched within 4 working days.

If there is any delay beyond this timeframe, customers will be contacted directly.

2. Non-Refundable & No Exchange Policy

Due to hygiene and safety regulations, all lash kits and products are strictly non-refundable and non-exchangeable once dispatched.

This applies to:

    •    Opened items

    •    Unopened items

    •    Incorrect purchases

No products may be exchanged for alternative products, courses, store credit, or refunds.

3. Faulty or Damaged Items

If an item arrives faulty or damaged, NARA PRO must be notified within 24 hours of delivery, with clear photographic evidence.

Claims submitted after 24 hours will not be accepted.

Faulty items will be assessed and replaced where appropriate, at the discretion of NARA PRO.

4. Klarna & Payment Plans

Where Klarna or other payment plans are used, customers remain bound by NARA PRO’s Terms & Conditions.

Refunds will not be issued simply because a payment plan is in place.

5. Product Use & Liability

All products are for professional use. NARA PRO is not responsible for adverse reactions, misuse, or failure to follow correct procedures, including patch testing.

6. Product Variations

Some lash kits and products may vary slightly in colour, packaging or design due to supplier updates or availability. Such variations do not affect product quality, function or performance and will not be considered a fault or grounds for return, refund or exchange.
