FAQs – LASH APPOINTMENTS


How do I book a lash appointment?

All appointments are booked through the Booksy app, where a deposit is required to secure your booking.

Is the deposit refundable?

No. Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Can I cancel or reschedule my appointment?

Cancellations and rescheduling must be made within Booksy’s stated timeframes. Late cancellations or no-shows will result in loss of deposit.

What happens if I arrive late?

Late arrival may result in a shortened treatment or cancellation, with the deposit forfeited.


FAQs – PATCH TESTS & WAIVERS

 

Do I need a patch test?

Yes. Patch tests are required for new clients or clients who have not had a treatment with us recently.

What happens during a patch test?

A small amount of product is applied to assess for potential reactions. Results are reviewed before treatment.

What if my patch test is declined?

If a patch test is declined, you may still proceed with treatment at your own risk.

Will I need to sign a waiver if I decline a patch test?

Yes. Clients who decline a patch test will be required to sign a waiver confirming they accept full responsibility and release NARA PRO from liability.

Can I have a treatment without a patch test?

This is at the discretion of NARA PRO and requires a signed waiver prior to treatment.
