These refunds & returns policies apply to all services provided by NARA PRO, including professional lash training courses, training kits and products and in salon appointments. They outline our policies relations to returns and refunds. Please review these policies before making a purchase or booking.

 

RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY (UK COMPLIANCE)

In line with UK consumer law:

    •    Training courses are non-refundable services once purchased

    •    Lash kits and products are exempt from returns due to hygiene and safety reasons

    •    Faulty items must be reported within 24 hours with photo evidence

    •    No refunds are issued for change of mind

Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights.
