Are your lash kits and products suitable for beginners?

Our products are professional-grade and intended for trained or training lash technicians. We recommend appropriate education before use.

Do you accept returns or exchanges on lash products?

No. Due to hygiene and safety reasons, all lash kits and products are strictly non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

When will my order be dispatched?

Orders are dispatched within 4 working days. If there is any delay, you will be contacted directly.

What if my item arrives faulty or damaged?

You must notify us within 24 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. Claims submitted after this timeframe will not be accepted.

Can I exchange a product for a course or another item?

No. Products cannot be exchanged for courses, alternative products, store credit or refunds.

What if I pay using Klarna?

Klarna payment options do not change our returns or refund policies. All purchases remain subject to NARA PRO’s Terms & Conditions.
