FAQs – LASH TRAINING COURSES (BEGINNER & MASTERCLASS)
Do I need previous experience to book a beginner course?
No. Our beginner courses are designed for those with no prior lash experience.
Who is the lash masterclass suitable for?
The masterclass is designed for qualified lash technicians who want to improve technique, retention, product understanding or overall results.
Is the beginner lash course accredited?
Yes. The beginner course is fully accredited and includes a live model assessment required for certification.
Is the lash masterclass accredited?
No. The masterclass is not accredited. You will receive a NARA PRO certificate of completion to confirm advanced training and skill enhancement.
How long is the beginner lash course?
The beginner course is a 2-day fast-track course, with 6 hours of training per day.
Does the beginner course include a lash kit?
Yes. A professional lash starter kit is included and provided on the training day.
Do I need to bring a model for the beginner course?
Yes. A live model is required for assessment. You must provide your own model.
What happens if I don’t have a model for the beginner course?
If a live model is not confirmed or does not attend, the course cannot be passed and certification will not be issued until the assessment is completed. Completing the assessment on another day may incur additional charges.
How long is the lash masterclass?
The masterclass is a 1-day course lasting 6 hours.
Do I need to bring a model for the masterclass?
We recommend bringing your own live model. While we will make reasonable efforts to provide one, availability is not guaranteed.
What if there is no model for the masterclass?
The masterclass will still go ahead using a training head, and no refunds or rescheduling will be offered due to model availability.
Does Klarna affect these course requirements?
No. Payment method does not change course duration, model requirements, assessment conditions or certification policies.
Can I get insurance from the masterclass alone?
No. Insurance can only be obtained through an accredited qualification. The masterclass is intended for already qualified lash technicians.
Will I still receive a certificate for the masterclass?
Yes. You will receive a NARA PRO certificate, confirming you have completed advanced training to enhance your skills.
Are courses refundable?
No. All training courses are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances.
Can I reschedule my course?
Rescheduling is only permitted if requested within 48 hours of booking confirmation. Emergency rescheduling may require supporting evidence and is granted at our discretion.
Can I transfer my course to someone else?
No. Courses are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for other courses or products.
Does paying with Klarna change the course policy?
No. Klarna or payment plans do not affect our non-refund, rescheduling or transfer policies.
Am I insured after completing the course?
Insurance is the responsibility of the student and must be obtained independently after certification.
