These Terms & Conditions apply to all lash courses provided by NARA PRO. They outline our booking, payment, cancellation, non-refund, rescheduling and liability policies to ensure clarity and transparency. By purchasing or booking with NARA PRO, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms & Conditions in full.
TERMS & CONDITIONS – TRAINING COURSES
NARA PRO
1. Course Format & Booking
All training courses provided by NARA PRO are in-person only. Course places are secured upon full payment via our website.
Once payment is completed, the purchaser must contact NARA PRO directly to arrange a training date. Training dates are subject to availability and are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
Failure to contact NARA PRO to book a date does not entitle the purchaser to a refund.

2. Payments & Payment Plans (Including Klarna)
Full payment is required at the time of purchase. Klarna and other payment plan options may be available at checkout.
Where Klarna or any third-party payment provider is used, the purchaser remains fully bound by NARA PRO’s Terms & Conditions, regardless of the payment method selected. Any disputes regarding payment plans must be resolved directly with the payment provider and do not affect NARA PRO’s non-refund policies.

3. Non-Refundable Policy
All training course purchases are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances. This includes, but is not limited to:
• Change of mind
• Personal circumstances
• Travel issues
• Failure to attend
• Failure to book a training date
We will make exceptions for hospitalisation or illness however proof will be required in the form of hospital discharge letter or Doctor signed medical note.
By purchasing a course, you acknowledge that you are purchasing a reserved training service.

4. Rescheduling Policy
Rescheduling is not permitted unless requested within 48 hours of the original booking confirmation.
Requests made after this period will be refused.
In exceptional emergency circumstances, NARA PRO may request supporting evidence (such as medical documentation). Approval remains entirely at the discretion of NARA PRO.
No rescheduling will be offered for no-shows or late cancellations.

5. Late Arrival & Non-Attendance
Late arrival may result in reduced training time or forfeiture of the session.
Failure to attend a confirmed training date will result in loss of the course, with no refund, transfer, or reschedule offered.

6. No Transfers or Exchanges
Training courses:
• Cannot be transferred to another person
• Cannot be exchanged for another course
• Cannot be exchanged for products
• Cannot be exchanged for credit or refunds

7. Certification & Liability
Accredited certification is awarded upon successful completion of the course.
It is the responsibility of the student to obtain appropriate insurance before offering treatments to the public.
NARA PRO accepts no liability for malpractice, injury, loss, or damage arising from services carried out by the student after course completion.
7.1 Beginner Lash Course
The Beginner Lash Course is fully accredited.
Upon successful completion of the course, including the required live model assessment, students will receive an accredited certificate. This certificate may be used to obtain insurance and offer lash services professionally, subject to the insurer’s requirements.

7.2 Lash Masterclass
The Lash Masterclass is not accredited.
Upon completion, students will receive a NARA PRO certificate of completion, confirming attendance and advanced skill development. This certificate is intended to demonstrate continued professional development and does not qualify the holder to obtain insurance or work without prior qualification.

8. Assessment Requirements
• Masterclass: No assessment is required.
• Beginner Course: Live model assessment is mandatory for certification.

9.Beginner Course – Model & Assessment Policy
The beginner course includes a practical assessment on a live model, which is required in order to successfully complete the course and receive certification.
• Students are required to provide their own live model for the assessment.
• If a live model is not confirmed or does not attend, the course cannot be passed.
• Certification will be withheld until a live model assessment is completed.
• If the assessment is required on an alternative date, this may incur additional charges, subject to availability.

10.Masterclass – Model Policy
The lash masterclass is an advanced skills session and does not require assessment for certification.
• NARA PRO will make reasonable efforts to provide a live model.
• Students are strongly advised to provide their own model to maximise learning.
• If a live model is not available, the masterclass will still proceed using a training head.
• No refunds or rescheduling will be offered due to model availability.

11. Course Duration
The Beginner Lash Course is a 2-day fast-track course, delivered over two consecutive days, with 6 hours of training per day.
The Lash Masterclass is a 1-day course, delivered over 6 hours.

12. Lash Kit Inclusion (Beginner Course Only)
A professional lash starter kit is included with the beginner course.
12.1 Product Variations
Some lash kits and products may vary slightly in colour, packaging or design due to supplier updates or availability. Such variations do not affect product quality, function or performance and will not be considered a fault or grounds for return, refund or exchange.
Kits are provided on the day of training and are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
